Padel Relations – Membership Terms and Conditions Last updated: October 1st, 2025 Welcome to Padel Relations (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership and use of our services, including renewals, payments, and cancellations. By becoming a member of Padel Relations, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing or renewing your membership. 1. Membership and Eligibility 1.1. Membership with Padel Relations is available to individuals aged 18 or older. 1.2. By subscribing, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 1.3. Membership benefits, prices, and features are described on our website: www.padelrelations.com . We reserve the right to modify or discontinue benefits at any time. 2. Membership Term and Automatic Renewal 2.1. All memberships are valid for a 12-month period from the date of subscription. 2.2. Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3, your membership will automatically renew for another 12-month period at the then-current membership rate. 2.3. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize Padel Relations to charge your chosen payment method automatically at each renewal date. 3. Cancellation Policy 3.1. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at info@padelrelations.com 3.2. To avoid automatic renewal and further charges, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date. 3.3. It is the member’s sole responsibility to cancel their membership in time if they do not wish to renew. 4. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt) and Refund Policy 4.1. Under Swedish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your new membership purchase within 14 days from the date of subscription. 4.2. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period. 4.3. If you start using your membership benefits during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the service is considered commenced and that no refund will be issued for the period used. 4.4. Once a membership has been automatically renewed and payment has been processed, the fee is non-refundable. 4.5. It remains the member’s responsibility to cancel in due time prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue. 5. Payment Terms 5.1. Membership fees are charged to the payment method provided at the time of registration or renewal. 5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up to date. 5.3. If a payment cannot be processed, your membership may be suspended or terminated. 6. Changes to Fees or Terms 6.1. Padel Relations reserves the right to change membership fees, features, or these Terms at any time. 6.2. Any changes will be communicated via our website or by email prior to taking effect. 6.3. Continued use of your membership after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 7. Member Conduct 7.1. Members must use Padel Relations services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and community standards. 7.2. Any misuse, abusive behaviour, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Padel Relations and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or membership. 8.2. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your membership during the preceding 12-month period. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. 9.2. Any dispute should first be addressed through our customer support. 9.3. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden – ARN) or to the competent court in Sweden. 10.
